It’s that simple.

Use one serving daily. Add 1 tsp (2g♦) to 4-6 ounces (118-177mL) of hot water at around 175° F (79°C), mixing thoroughly. Or prepare it cold, mixing and/or shaking well. Blend with shakes or smoothies. Sprinkle over yogurt or oatmeal. Bake in your favorite recipes.
