Suggested use

You Will Need
1 lb boneless chicken, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced

Directions
Place chicken and 1 tbsp oil in pan, cook thoroughly on medium-high heat, then remove from pan.
In same pan, saute vegetables in 1 tbsp oil.
Return chicken to pan with vegetables. Add 1/4 cup water and seasoning mix. Stir to combine. Simmer an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve on warm tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, prepared Simply Organic® Guacamole Dip and sour cream.
