Easy to prepare

Baking method (slower)

Soak noodles in hot tap water for 20 minutes to 1 hour. Drain well, then stir-fry/saute together with favorite ingredients.

Boiling Method (faster)

Add noodles to 4 quarts of boiling water, and cook 3 to 4 times stirring occasionally until tender yet firm (al dente). Drain well. Add your favorite pasta sauce, or stir-fry/ saute.

Rice flour, water, modified tapioca starch.
