Pancakes

Ingredients:
2/3 cup Arrowhead Mills® Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 egg, beaten or egg substitute
2 tsp canola oil
2 tsp honey
3/4 cup milk, coconut or almond milk or water

Directions:
Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
Cook on preheated (375°F – 400°F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles foam on surface and edges begin to dry. For thicker pancakes use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid.

Serving Suggestions: Stir in 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon just before cooking.

Makes about 6-4″ pancakes (about 2 servings).

Waffles

Ingredients:
1 cup Arrowhead Mills® Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 egg, beaten or egg substitute
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp honey
1 cup milk, coconut or almond drink

Directions:
Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear.
Cook according to waffle maker’s instruction.

Makes about 3-6″ waffles (about 15 servings)
