Our Recipe Directions
Heat a lightly greased griddle over medium-high heat or to 375° F.
Stir mix and water in a bowl until combined – do not over-stir (lumps are okay!). Pour 2 tbsp of batter onto the hot griddle.
Cook until bubbles start to form (about 3-4 minutes) and flip over, cooking until lightly browned.

To serve – Let pancakes cool. One 3″ pancake is one serving for baby.

To store – Refrigerate and serve within 48 hours. Freeze remaining pancakes in an air-tight container for up to 6 weeks.

Switch it up with waffles!

Combine 1/2 cup mix with 1/3 cup water and stir together. Cook according to waffle maker’s instructions.

Baker’s Tip – For thicker pancakes, add more mix. For thinner pancakes, add more water!
