Cilantro Lime Steak

Pan-seared steak in a bright chimichurri sauce made with cilantro, lime, and garlic.

What you’ll need
1-1.5 lbs Steak
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Large Pan
Also great with Chicken, Pork, or Fish!

Cook it up!
Season – Sprinkle salt and pepper on steak.
Saute – Get that pan hot! Med-High (2 min). Add cooking oil. Cook chicken 2-4 min on each side.
Sauce – Turn heat to low. Add sauce to pan. Simmer chicken in sauce for 1 min.
