Suggested use
You will need:
Eggs or egg replacer
Oil or melted butter
Water
Directions for full package (9×13 or two 9″ layer):
Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease pans (or insert paper liners for cupcakes).
Combine 4 eggs, 1-1/3 cups water and 2/3 cup oil or melted butter. Add cake mix and blend well. For single 9″ round or 8″ square pan: combine 2 eggs, 2/3 cup water and 1/3 cup oil or melted butter. Add 13 oz or just shy of 2 cups cake mix and blend well.
Bake according to time on chart below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Vegan Chocolate Cake: Make as directed above, except replace eggs with Namaste Foods Egg Replacer. Mix up replacement ‘eggs’ as directed on package. Reduce oil to 1/4 cup for single layer or 1/2 cup of making full mix. Other additions stay the same. Other egg replacements may work, but may require experimentation.
Other ingredients
Cane sugar, sweet brown rice flour, tapioca starch, cocoa (processed with alkali), arrowroot powder, rice syrup solids (rice protein, natural mixed tocopherols {added to maintain freshness}), citrus fiber, baking soda, salt and cream of tartar.
