Directions (Single Batch Recipe)
1 medium head of cauliflower
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp seasoning

Preheat oven to 450°F. Slice cauliflower into 1/2-inch “steaks” and place in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix together olive oil, melted butter and seasoning. Brush onto both sides of cauliflower steaks. Roast for 20 minutes or until tender, turning halfway through. Great seasoning for potatoes and other hearty vegetables.

Dehydrated onion and garlic, natural cheese flavor (manchego cheese [pasteurized milk, cheese culture, enzymes], whey, corn syrup solids, salt), sea salt, spices (black pepper, parsley), nonfat dry milk, dehydrated bell peppers, organic cane sugar, natural flavors, yeast extract, lactic acid, and less than 2% soybean oil and silicon dioxide added as processing aids.
